Job Summary
We’re looking for a proactive, data-driven Revenue Operations Specialist to help streamline our sales processes, improve conversion efficiency, and support strategic partnerships. This role is pivotal in scaling our go-to-market operations by automating key sales workflows, managing lead pipelines, and supporting partner channels that drive growth. You’ll work closely with GTM, Marketing, and Sales to optimize the full funnel — from lead generation to deal closure.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and improve scalable sales processes that drive lead conversion and deal velocity.
- Own and maintain CRM data integrity and ensure best practices for pipeline management (HubSpot).
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to optimize lead routing, tracking, and reporting.
- Support onboarding and enablement of sales and partner teams with tools, playbooks, and process documentation.
- Identify and implement automation tools to reduce manual tasks and improve efficiency.
- Monitor sales KPIs, build performance dashboards, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Help evaluate and support partnerships that generate qualified leads or influence pipelines.
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations in a SaaS, fintech, or high-growth tech environment.
- Strong command of CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and ability to build and maintain scalable processes.
- Comfortable building reports and dashboards.
- Experience with GTM automation tools and workflows.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills — able to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Experience working with AI and Data tools.
- Knowledge of B2B sales funnels and SaaS GTM strategies.
- Experience in crypto, fintech, or a fast-growing startup is highly desirable.
