Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bellboy at the Mamilla Hotel, located in the Jerusalem District, Israel. The Bellboy will be responsible for greeting guests, assisting with their luggage, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include escorting guests to their rooms, handling reception duties, and ensuring that guests have a pleasant and comfortable stay. The Bellboy will also assist with any special requests and maintain a welcoming lobby atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience with Receptionist Duties and Luggage handling
- Ability to undergo and complete Training programs
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
- Capability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous hospitality experience is a plus
- Proficiency in multiple languages is beneficial
