Senior System Network Administrator

Ashtrom Group is hiring a Senior System Network Administrator

Location: LYFE Towers, Bnei Brak

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, install, and maintain the organization’s IT and communication infrastructure
• Manage and operate system and network environments
• Lead technology projects and upgrade existing systems
• Provide Tier 3 technical support to the service desk and end-users
• Manage and implement Microsoft cloud services across the organization

What are we looking for?

• Minimum 5 years of experience in system administration – Required
• At least 3 years of experience in a large-scale organization – Required
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server OS (2012/2016/2019/2025):
• Installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and advanced issue resolution – Required
• Proven experience with core Microsoft infrastructure services:
• Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP – Required
• Experience in server hardening and security configurations – Required
• Advanced experience in virtualization environments:
• VMware (both operational and infrastructure levels), Nutanix, Hyper-V – Required
• Experience with VMware Aria Automation – Advantage
• Experience working with storage and backup systems:
• NetApp, Commvault – Required
• Experience in server hardware maintenance – Required
• Experience in writing procedures and operational documentation – Required

Additional Skills:

• High level of service orientation, responsibility, and excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong self-learning abilities
• Proven experience in leading technological projects and upgrading existing systems
• Familiarity with Disaster Recovery (DR) environments
• High-level experience with cloud technologies – Required:
• Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune
