The Position's Responsibilities Include

• Maintain and support customers who are using/operating programmable controllers
• Remote and hands-on support
• Working with Customer Support HQ on troubleshooting and improvements
• Solving technical problems across multiple technologies
• Practical knowledge of electronic and electric processes in the programmable controller
• This role involves global travel.
  
  

• 5 years of experience with customer support – must
• Field experience with programmable controllers - must
• Knowledge of poultry/agriculture farming and farm management - advantage
• Education and experience in computers, networks, IT, and electronics - advantage
• Linux knowledge is an advantage
  
  

• Team player
• Fluent English and Hebrew is a must. Other languages are an advantage
• Ability to work on multi-disciplinary equipment within a complex environment
• Ability to work in a global support organization
• High Troubleshooting capabilities to diagnose complex technical problems
• Ability to independently complete solution implementations
