The Position's Responsibilities Include
- Maintain and support customers who are using/operating programmable controllers
- Remote and hands-on support
- Working with Customer Support HQ on troubleshooting and improvements
- Solving technical problems across multiple technologies
- Practical knowledge of electronic and electric processes in the programmable controller
- This role involves global travel.
- 5 years of experience with customer support – must
- Field experience with programmable controllers - must
- Knowledge of poultry/agriculture farming and farm management - advantage
- Education and experience in computers, networks, IT, and electronics - advantage
- Linux knowledge is an advantage
- Team player
- Fluent English and Hebrew is a must. Other languages are an advantage
- Ability to work on multi-disciplinary equipment within a complex environment
- Ability to work in a global support organization
- High Troubleshooting capabilities to diagnose complex technical problems
- Ability to independently complete solution implementations
