Qualifications:

• 5 years software development in backend & algorithms.
• 3+ years in Python 
• Strong Analytical Skills & Problem Solving capabilities
• Deep understanding of data structures, complexity analysis and performance optimization.
• Ability to work in fast pace, results-driven environment

Desirable:

• Machine Learning background
• Interest in Financial Markets
• BSc. CS/ EE from University

What You’ll Do: 🦾

• Build our next gen trading system, capable of supporting 100’s of strategies & Assets.
• Design for high-throughput, memory-intensive workloads using multiprocessing, async I/O, and concurrency.
• Code should be robust - no room for errors, and able to handle unexpected communication and execution issues. 
• Algorithmic Tasks: Implement Trading Strategies, Market & Trading Simulatations,
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate productivity
• Develop in a fast startup environment - prioritizing speed & agility over enterprise procedures and routines
