Senior Data Analyst

We are looking for a highly skilled Data Analyst with strong technical expertise and business acumen to join our growing BI & Analytics team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead complex, end-to-end analytical projects, collaborating with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Product, Finance, and other teams
• Design and develop BI dashboards and reports, including business funnels and KPI tracking, to support data-driven decision-making (define the structure and logic of new DWH tables as needed)
• Analyze business data to uncover actionable insights and drive strategic initiatives
• Communicate findings and recommendations to influence strategic decisions across the organization

Desired Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics and BI
• Excellent proficiency in SQL
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau - a big advantage)
• Experience in DWH design
• Experience with DBT - an advantage
• Experience with Python or R - an advantage
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fast and self-learner with the ability to work independently
• Strong communication skills in both Hebrew and English
