Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Manager to join our R&D team.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical orientation and a passion for leading cross-functional collaboration.

You will manage complex, high-visibility projects, including, among the rest, external security evaluations, working closely with multiple teams to ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality execution.

Your ability to coordinate across stakeholders, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement will be key to the success of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate end-to-end external security evaluations (e.g., MITRE, NSS), including planning, execution, and follow-up activities.
• Act as the primary point of contact between external testing organizations and internal teams (R&D, QA, Product, Marketing).
• Interpret and communicate test methodologies to guide internal teams and support product configuration for evaluation readiness.
• Build and manage optimal workplans, aligning timelines and resources across teams to ensure successful test outcomes.
• Oversee private test cycles, including tracking progress, managing deliverables, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.
• Manage internal multi-functional projects, ensuring synchronization between teams, alignment of execution with requirements, and successful delivery.
• Identify and manage risks, implement mitigation strategies, and escalate issues promptly to ensure smooth execution.
• Drive continuous improvementand apply an innovative approach to increase overall effectiveness.
• Build solid processes to ensure productive team work and collaboration between multiple teams.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project or matrix management within cross-functional teams, preferably in a cybersecurity, software, or product testing environment.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity concepts, including network security and detection technologies, to support test planning and execution.
• Analytical mindset, capable of reviewing test results and leading dispute processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug issues in collaboration with technical teams – strong advantage.
• Experience with agile or other development methodologies – advantage.
• Self-driven, assertive, and proactive, with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for driving projects to completion.
• Proven ability to manage risks, implement mitigation strategies, and escalate issues effectively.
• Ability to work with urgency and focus, while maintaining a strategic and thoughtful approach to problem-solving.
• Innovative mindset, with a drive for continuous improvement and increasing effectiveness across processes and teams.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
