Retention Marketing Manager !!!

The company is an international brand specializing in luxury jewelry online to the US market.

We’re looking for an experienced Retention Marketing Manager to join our marketing team and help us:

* Increase customer LTV 

* Improve repeat purchase rates

* Turn happy customers into loyal brand advocates

What you’ll need:

*Create & Run the marketing campaigns E2E (emails, SMS ,etc.)

*Proven experience in E-Commerce online shops in the luxury jewelry industry - A MUST!

*Proven experience in the US market - A MUST!

* Proven experience in lifecycle marketing and data analysis

* Hands-on experience with Klaviyo & Attentive

* Experience managing loyalty programs and CRM

* A perfect mix of analytical thinking & creative ideas

* Passion for luxury, eCommerce & great customer experience

*Work from the Office!
