Automation & Applications Project Manager

The Automation & Applications Department is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex, cross-organizational technology projects from end to end.

This role involves writing specifications, managing interfaces with development teams and business stakeholders, matrix management, and overseeing budgets, timelines, deliverables, change management, and regular status reporting.

Our department operates at the forefront of technology, delivering enterprise-wide automation solutions using cutting-edge tools including RPA, AI integration, Low-Code platforms, BPM solutions, and custom development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management of complex technology initiatives
• Write specifications and manage communication between business and development teams
• Oversee project scope, schedules, budgets, and change requests
• Monitor and report on project status and progress
• Work in Agile environments, managing user stories and collaborating with development teams
• Coordinate integration and interfaces across various departments
• Drive process improvement and contribute to business-technology alignment

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience managing complex technology projects in a matrixed organization
• Proven track record in end-to-end project management (scope, timeline, budget, change, status)
• Hands-on experience in Agile methodologies and tools
• Strong analytical and business thinking with a systemic, process-oriented approach
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage cross-functional interfaces
• Significant advantage: Familiarity with automation technologies such as RPA, AI, Low-Code platforms, and BPM systems
