About the Role

We are hiring a hands-on, high-ownership Director of Product to lead product strategy and execution across our platform. This is a full-time, on-site role in our Tel Aviv office. It is an individual contributor position (not a people manager, at least initially) that owns everything from discovery to delivery to impact.

You will be the sole product owner at the company, working closely with the CEO, engineering team, go-to-market team, and key customers. If you thrive in zero-to-one environments, enjoy building complex and technical products, and want full accountability for roadmap and execution, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Own the product roadmap from strategy through execution
• Lead customer and internal discovery to uncover needs, gaps, and opportunities
• Write clear and detailed product specs, from high-level definition to epics and tickets
• Prioritize effectively, balancing impact, speed, and technical constraints
• Define and monitor success metrics, track adoption, and iterate quickly

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on product management experience in B2B SaaS for enterprise and data-intensive platforms
• Strong analytical or technical background, with comfort working on features involving mathematical or data modeling functionality
• Demonstrated success shipping complex products from concept to launch
• Strong user empathy with attention to UX in sophisticated business tools
• Thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
• Experience with FP&A, BI, data modeling, or enterprise planning software is a strong plus
