A global high-tech company and a leading international player in Networking and Cyber Security, developing innovative solutions for thousands of customers worldwide.
The role is part of a team and includes handling complex network issues for NOC teams, implementation, and customers. It also involves ongoing system and event monitoring, immediate response to incidents, and dealing with network attacks.
The company is based in Tel Aviv and offers a hybrid work model.
Requirements-
- 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing and troubleshooting complex TCP/IP technologies
- Must have experience with strong routing and switching concepts – CCNP advantage
- Must have experience with Cisco/Juniper routing and switching
- Must have experience with routing protocols, BGP - a must
- Good communication skills and experience working with customers – a must
- Ability to collaborate, sync, and manage processes with other teams to achieve incident resolution
- Fluent English
