Business Development Manager

We are looking for - Business Development Manager - Strauss Coffee International

Job Description:

• Serve as the main liaison between Strauss Coffee International and the JOINT VENTURE in Brazil
• Lead strategic business discussions and prepare senior-level presentations and recommendations
• Analyze financial performance and business KPI’S including P&L reports
• Maintain continuous communication with stakeholders across both geographies
• Identify and evaluate business development opportunities, including potential M&A and strategic partnerships
• Travel regularly to Brazil to build relationships and collaborate with local leadership

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Full professional fluency in Portuguese – must
• In-depth knowledge of the Brazilian business environment
• Proven experience in business development, strategic finance, or corporate strategy
• Strong financial skills, including familiarity with P&L and performance analysis
• Background in consulting, private equity, or multinational corporations – preferred
• Relevant academic degree in Business, Economics, or Accounting; MBA – advantageous
