Marketing Manager, Real Estate Sector

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy of our company and projects, and play a key role in driving brand growth and supporting our sales efforts.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the planning and execution of the company’s marketing strategy
• Manage the company and project brands
• Oversee marketing campaigns, advertising, digital, PR, and direct marketing
• Support and drive sales activities
• Manage the marketing budget
• Collaborate on project planning from a marketing perspective: apartment mix, specifications, and design
• Work closely with external suppliers and internal teams

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing management. Background in real estate is required.
• Proven experience in both digital and traditional marketing
• Strategic thinker with excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
