Product Content Team Leader

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of content creators including Technical Writers and UX Writers
Build and execute comprehensive content strategy
Be responsible for high quality Product Documentation including Release Notes, User Guides, Deployment Guides
Craft microcopy methodologies for in-app help that includes guidelines for UI buttons, labels, tooltips, error messages
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX and Marketing to build campaigns and align messaging that drive awareness and engagement about new features
Understand various audience personas
Define & monitor Goals, OKRs and KPIs
Measure and analyze the impact of content on user engagement
Requirements:

At least 3 years of proven experience in managing a content team of at least +5 members in an Enterprise company
3-5 years background experience in writing Marketing content
Proven experience with creating in-app help content
Experience managing content strategy for large sets of docs
Proven experience in collecting and implementing feedback to improve usability
Strong project/ process management and prioritization skills
Background in Cyber Security and IT – a MUST
Nice to Have: experience with Ixsiasoft/ Confluence
Nice to Have: experience with TFS/Salesforce/Zoomin
Mother-tongue English
Fluent spoken Hebrew
