Who you are?

well-b is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Fullstack Developer to help elevate our platform. You'll take full ownership of our existing technology—maintaining, enhancing, and expanding it. From day one, you'll lead complex integrations with various partners and internal teams, tackle unique challenges of performance and scalability, and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

We’re looking for someone who thrives under pressure and can work within tight deadlines, is a fast learner with the ability to operate both independently and collaboratively, and who brings an agile, adaptable mindset confident in making decisions and applying creative thinking even when documentation is minimal and processes are still evolving.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Technology Leadership Experience
• Experience with a multitude of technologies including:
• Javascript, CSS, HTML, Typescript - Must
• React - Must
• NodeJS (Express framework) - Must
• NoSQL (MongoDB or Firebase) - Must
• AWS - Must
• Agile workflow + CI/CD - Must
• Git - Must
