Professional Services Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the deployment and configuration of our software at customer sites (primarily on-premise)
• Own the full implementation lifecycle: installation, integration, customization, and post-deployment support
• Collaborate with internal R&D, Product, and Support teams to ensure smooth project delivery
• Work closely with Tier-1 customers, including banks, defense, and regulated enterprises
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the field (Linux/Windows environments, scripting, etc.)

Requirements

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in a technical role: Professional Services / DevOps / Systems / Network Operations Specialist / Integration
• Proven experience with software deployment in complex enterprise environments
• Strong knowledge of Linux systems; scripting experience (Bash/Python) is a plus
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with enterprise customers
• High-level English – written and spoken
• Experience with AI, Big Data, or Cybersecurity products — advantage
• Background working with defense/security or financial institutions — advantage
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms — advantage
