Job Description

Full responsibility for the end-to-end product lifecycle in the field of advanced payments- from ideation to execution:

• Leading the strategic planning of the platform, including go-to-market plans, feature development, and key objectives
• Conducting needs analysis, building the product roadmap, KPIs, and work plans
• Translating business and partner needs into clear product requirements and cross-functional deliverables
• Working closely with R&D teams and a variety of internal stakeholders
• Tracking execution, timelines, performance metrics, and budget controls
• Managing a team of Product Managers in an innovative, growing initiative
• Strengthening relationships with existing partners and initiating collaborations with new ones, including senior executives in large organizations
• Conducting market research, competitive analysis, and benchmarking against leading international products
• Managing commercial and legal agreements, tenders, and partnerships

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing B2B or B2B2C product teams, with customizable, scalable products- must
• Proven experience in building ventures/startups or large-scale initiatives
• Background in app-based platforms- strong advantage
• Experience in consulting firms- advantage
• Bachelor's degree- advantage
• Technological, business, or legal background- strong advantage
• Strong presentation and communication skills; experience working with senior stakeholders- advantage
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of ownership, initiative, and leadership
