We’re looking for an Office Manager to join our Office & Employee Experience team
In this role, you’ll be the face of the office — managing the front desk, coordinating administrative operations, and supporting a variety of employee experience activities, including happy hours, off-sites and gifts
The position is full time, 5 days a week at the officeJob Requirements

We want to hear from you if you have:
+1 year of administrative experience in a high-tech or startup environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, both in Hebrew and in English.
Great interpersonal skills, people-first approach, able to understand the people's needs and constraints and building long-lasting relationships.
Proactive, problem solver with great attention to details.
What will you do:
Manning the reception
Manage the day to day office routines including office inventory, food orders, office supplies, and maintenance.
Be the first point of contact for managers and employees on all office needs including maintenance, mailing, shipping and office supplies.
Assist in company welfare projects, activities & events
Take care of employees general wellbeing, which includes welcoming new employees, life cycle gifts and recognition gifts.
To be successful in this role
You’ll be a people person with excellent communication skills.
A highly resourceful problem solver with a strong sense of ownership. You’ll be well suited for this role if you are a fast learner with a natural can-do attitude, a good organizer and a multi-tasker.
You will be sitting at the front desk and ensure a positive office atmosphere and employee satisfaction.HiBob is a village filled with amazing people and we’re especially proud of that.
