R&D Manager/ Python Team Lead Full-Time | Ramat Gan (Near Train Station, 1 Day Remote)

We’re a dynamic and growing software and project-based company located in the Bursa area of Ramat Gan (very close to the train station).

We specialize in delivering complex development projects for large-scale clients, including:

🟣 Emergency and routine information management systems

🟣 Event management platforms

The company currently has around 30 employees and operates in a collaborative and tech-driven environment.

About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced R&D Manager/ Python Team Lead with a strong hands-on background, to lead both the development efforts and the engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Lead and manage 2 teams of 8-10 developers (on-site and some working at client locations)

🔹 Full responsibility (technical & managerial) over client development projects

🔹 System architecture planning and design

🔹 Direct interaction with clients and internal stakeholders

🔹 Technical mentorship, code reviews, and problem-solving

🔹 Drive continuous learning and adoption of new technologies

Requirements:

🔹At least 8-10 years experience, mange a group of 10-20 engineers.

🔹Python- cod review experience and deep knowledge- Must

🔹Backend: REST API, Linux, Microservices, Docker - Must

🔹Understanding of system architecture and concepts. Experience with micro- services- Must

🔹Design and Deployment, Integration in complex environments such as API Gateway, Proxy, WAF, Content-Filters, Cloud & On-Prem- Must

🔹Experience with cloud – Advantage

🔹Team player and customer orientation
