Back End Developer

At Nilos, we’re transforming how businesses move money across borders using stablecoins — building infrastructure that connects Europe, Africa, and Latin America. We work with leading fintechs and global payment providers who rely on us for fast, secure, and efficient cross-border flows.

We’re now hiring a backend developer (2–3 years experience) to help us improve our client facing products, from API to dashboard features.

In this role you’ll be the responsible for building features which improve the customer experience. You'll be interacting with client, solving issues, improving api endpoints, enhancing the customer dashboard and the sandbox environment.

What you'll do

• Work closely with clients, collecting feedbacks and assist them with onboarding
• Improve public API endpoints and documentation
• Enhance our sandbox environment
• Collaborate with the frontend team to improve our dashboard
• Debug production issues and contribute to improving system reliability and observability
  

What we're looking for

• 2–3 years of backend development experience
• Clear communicator who can collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript with Node.js.
• Solid understanding of API design (REST), database systems (PostgreSQL), and backend architecture.
• Bonus: Experience with fintech, payments, or blockchain infrastructure
• Bonus 2: Can work on Monday - Friday schedule
