As a Project Manager at Arbitrip, you’ll lead the successful delivery of cross-functional, R&D-heavy initiatives from start to finish. You’ll partner with engineering, product, data, and business stakeholders to keep projects on track, solve challenges proactively, and help drive the company forward. This is a hands-on role focused on execution—not portfolio oversight or strategy.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Driving complex, cross-functional projects from planning through execution and delivery
• Aligning timelines, resources, and deliverables with Product, R&D, Data, and Operations teams
• Managing execution plans that deliver measurable business value on time
• Removing blockers and proactively resolving delivery challenges
• Ensuring clear, transparent communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Leveraging tools like Jira and Confluence to track progress and support Agile practices
• Using AI tools where applicable to boost team productivity, streamline workflows, or enhance reporting
• Coordinating across multiple teams and integration points, both internal and external

• 3+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in tech environments
• Strong command of Agile project management principles and tools (especially Jira and Confluence)
• Hands-on experience driving project delivery across R&D and product-focused teams
• Proven ability to manage shifting priorities and dependencies in a fast-paced environment
• Experience applying AI tools to project workflows—such as automating documentation, managing tasks, or surfacing insights
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and stakeholder communication skills
• Comfort working directly with developers, product managers, designers, analysts, and leadership
• Strong sense of ownership and a “get-things-done” mindset
• Experience in the travel, SaaS, or e-commerce space – a plus
• B.A./B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management, Business Administration or a related field
