Zuora CPQ Operations Specialist - Remote

We're seeking a skilled Zuora CPQ Operations Specialist to join our team. This flexible, mostly remote position (50-75% capacity) offers the opportunity to support fast-growing companies with their quote-to-cash operations and CPQ systems while maintaining an excellent work-life balance.

What You'll Do?

Zuora CPQ Operations & Administration

• Manage daily CPQ operations including quote generation, pricing configurations, and approval workflows
• Maintain product catalogs, pricing structures, and discount frameworks within Zuora CPQ
• Support sales teams with complex quoting scenarios and system configurations
• Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate technical resolutions

Quote-to-Cash Process Management

• Oversee quote approvals, contract generation, and deal processing workflows
• Ensure seamless data integration between Zuora CPQ and connected systems (Salesforce, billing platforms)
• Monitor data quality and resolve discrepancies in revenue operations processes
• Support critical business cycles including month-end and quarter-end activities

Client Support & Enablement

• Provide operational guidance and training to client sales teams on CPQ functionality
• Create process documentation and user guides for CPQ operations
• Collaborate with client stakeholders on process optimization and system enhancements
• Serve as primary point of contact for CPQ-related operational inquiries

Strategic Support

• Analyze quoting metrics and system performance to identify improvement opportunities
• Support implementation of new CPQ features and functionality
• Contribute to best practices development for Zuora CPQ operations
• Assist with client onboarding and CPQ system assessments

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with CPQ operations and administration, Zuora CPQ preferred.
• Strong understanding of B2B SaaS sales processes and subscription business models
• Experience with complex pricing configurations, approval workflows, and product catalog management
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong communication and client management skills
• Fluent in English

Preferred:

• Salesforce integration experience with Zuora CPQ
• Background in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related fields
• Experience with other CPQ platforms
• Familiarity with subscription management and billing processes
• Previous consulting or client-facing experience
