We’re looking for a senior-level, results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to join our dynamic and fast-growing cosmetics and wellness distribution company. This is a strategic leadership role that blends B2B relationship management, eCommerce growth, and digital brand building — ideal for someone passionate about beauty, wellness, and fashion, with proven experience in the Israeli retail and professional market.
About the RoleAs our Senior Sales & Marketing Manager, you will lead the company’s commercial strategy across professional, retail, and digital channels. You will take ownership of eCommerce and social media performance, drive business growth through strategic partnerships, and guide a cross-functional team aligned with brand and revenue objectives.
This is a high-impact role at the center of our expansion plans in Israel’s evolving beauty and wellness landscape.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage high-value B2B relationships with:
- Salons, spas, estheticians, and beauty professionals
- Luxury hotels, wellness centers, and boutique retailers
- Leading national retail chains and platforms
- Lead and grow our eCommerce channels (DTC, marketplaces, digital sales infrastructure)
- Oversee social media strategy and execution, working closely with content and design teams to drive engagement, visibility, and community growth
- Identify and open new market segments and sales channels across Israel
- Lead sales negotiations, secure commercial deals, and scale revenue streams
- Build and manage a high-performing sales and marketing team
- Collaborate with product, operations, and marketing teams to align go-to-market strategies with brand goals
- Conduct ongoing market research and competitor analysis to strengthen positioning
- Maintain and grow a structured CRM pipeline for lead management and retention
- Provide regular insights and feedback to senior leadership
- 3+ years in B2B/ Ecom sales and marketing leadership within the beauty, wellness, or fashion industry
- Deep understanding of the Israeli retail and eCommerce market
- Strong network across salons, spas, hotels, and national retailers — a must
- Proven ability to lead teams, develop strategies, and deliver results
- Fluent in English and Hebrew (spoken and written); additional languages a plus
- Organized, motivated, and entrepreneurial in mindset
- Comfortable working on-site in Netanya and traveling to client locations
- Driver’s license required – company vehicle provided
