Educational Product Manager

In this role, you will lead the lifecycle of a digital educational product—from vision through execution—combining technological understanding, user experience sensitivity, business thinking, and a passion for transforming learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to enhance the learning experience.
• Lead ideation processes, product requirements gathering, and writing user stories aligned with strategic goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, design, data, and more) to ensure effective and high-quality implementation.
• Analyze product performance, identify upgrade needs, set priorities, and manage the product backlog.
• Identify tech trends and innovations, especially in AI, and integrate them into the product.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in product management, digital, marketing, or project management roles – must.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading digital products (Web/Mobile).
• Experience with AI-based technologies and understanding their product applications – strong advantage.
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools – advantage.
• Proven experience in user experience and interface (UI/UX).
• Advantage: background in educational, pedagogical products or learning systems.
• Relevant Bachelor's degree (Master’s degree – advantage).
• Proficiency with product management tools and Agile methodologies (e.g., Azure DevOps, Monday.com).
• Strong business mindset, analytical skills, and organizational capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
