Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Controller. In this role, you will serve as the financial controller on behalf of our clients, managing the full financial cycle and ensuring excellence in delivery. This includes corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and implementing robust internal controls.

You will work closely with client leadership teams and external auditors, particularly in preparing financial statements (including IFRS or US GAAP), providing audit support, and ensuring ongoing financial compliance.

Qualifications

• CPA certification - Must
• CPA, with experience from a Big Four accounting firm – mandatory
• Proven experience working with public companies, including the preparation of audited financial statements
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with IFRS or US GAAP
• High-level English – both written and verbal – is required for working with global clients and auditors
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-oriented
• A true team player with a "can-do" attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent technological skills: proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and ability to quickly learn and adapt to modern, automated financial systems
• Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic financial services environment
• Commercial awareness and a marketing-oriented mindset, with the ability to represent the firm positively and professionally in all client interactions
