Production Manager

A leading defense company is seeking a Production Manager!

Job Description:

Full responsibility for managing the production lines at the company's site in Israel. Managing production managers and employees, including team leaders. Meeting operational production

KPIs:

• Adherence to production plans
• Meeting delivery deadlines (OTD)
• Ensuring production process and product quality
• Meeting time standards – work hours and overtime

Ongoing efforts to improve and streamline processes and performance.

Responsibility for compliance with safety requirements, procedures, regulations, and work instructions.

Responsibility for production department resources: implementation of production facilities and ongoing maintenance.

Providing continuous support for load balancing in the production department.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Practical Engineer in Industrial Engineering or Electronics – required
• Over 7 years of experience managing a production department – required, preferably in the electronics industry
• Experience managing employees – especially in a production environment, including management of team leaders
• Familiarity with electronic circuit products, technologies, and production processes – advantage
• Knowledge of relevant manufacturing technologies in the field
• Proven experience leading quality improvement and efficiency processes
• Proficiency in information systems – Office (Excel), ERP systems – advantage for Priority, PLM engineering systems
• High-level English proficiency
