The group's customers include retail chains, pharmacies, private pharmacies, and cosmetics stores nationwide.

Role Description

• Lead and coordinate training activities across the division
• Build and implement annual training plans, aligned with brand vision and business goals
• Conduct field visits with sales managers and provide feedback reports
• Collaborate with global and local partners and internal stakeholders
• Deliver engaging training sessions for makeup, skincare & fragrance brands
• The role involves frequent travel across Israel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree – mandatory
• Proven experience in training/education – mandatory
• Native-level English – spoken, written & presentation – mandatory
• Experience in the cosmetics/beauty industry – strong advantage
