We're looking for a highly skilled Network & System Engineer to join our team and take ownership of deploying, operating, and supporting critical IT infrastructure across diverse computing environments.

🔧 What You'll Do:

• End-to-end responsibility for implementing and maintaining IT infrastructure in dynamic, multi-disciplinary project environments.
• Work across all project phases: from planning, through lab testing, to full deployment and delivery.
• Hands-on support and troubleshooting of communication networks, virtual environments, and hybrid IT systems.
• Lead control and monitoring processes, ensure system availability, and maintain documentation and knowledge sharing.

💡 Your Toolbox:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in both networking and system administration in an industrial (non-military only) environment.
• Deep knowledge of:
• Communication networks: switches, routers, firewalls, VLANs.
• Cisco / Juniper / HP configuration & deployment.
• Windows Servers & Linux systems.
• Server hardware: Cisco, HP, Dell.
• Active Directory setup and maintenance.
• Virtualization: VMware, Hyper-V, and HCI.
• Backup & replication tools – especially Veeam.
• NetApp storage solutions (advantage).
• Monitoring tools (open-source) – advantage.
• Certifications: CCNA required. CCNP/MCSE – a strong plus.
• Strong technical writing skills (documentation is a must).
• Valid driver's license and readiness to travel in Israel and abroad.
