Product Operations and Analysis Manager

One of the biggest Cybersecurity companies is looking for a Product Operations and Analysis Manager to work on Product Operations Team, doing supporting efficient product execution and strategy through streamlined processes and data-driven insights.

This position will report to the Director of Product Management and is a great opportunity for a talented individual who has the desire to associate with a fast-growing company in a truly international environment.

This role may require travel to business meetings and events and requires reliable transportation to do so. If a contractor hire chooses to drive with customers as their passengers or for other business reasons, hires must be in possession and maintain a valid driver’s license.

● Streamline and maintain operational workflows that support product and engineering teams.

● Build and manage dashboards and reports to deliver insights on product performance and user behavior.

● Optimize tools, templates, and systems to increase team efficiency and cross-functional alignment.

● Coordinate intake and triage processes for product feedback, requests, and cross-functional inputs.

● Collaborate with product managers to support planning, prioritization, and go-to-market readiness.

Your Experience

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field

● 3-5 years relevant experience in an international reporting environment

● Ability to work in a dynamic, fast moving and demanding environment

● Ability to collaborate with high-performing internal and outsourced teams

● Efficient team player

● Good knowledge and experience with product management and analytics system

● Well versed with Google Suite and MS Office applications

● Fluent in English, both written and spoken

This role is a 9 months contract assignment.
