The Job:

We're looking for a Junior Marketing Assistant to support daily operations across multiple brands within the IsraelPharm marketing team. This is a starting-point role with room to grow. Looking for someone with hands-on marketing experience, especially in the e-commerce space. You’ll work closely with the Director of Marketing in a dynamic environment, where curiosity, initiative, and adaptability are just as important as your technical know-how.

This is a full-time position, hybrid/Bet Shemesh  - minimum one day per week at the office in Bet Shemesh.

The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in marketing; you’ve created campaigns, worked with segmentation tools, maybe even dabbled in AI. Responsibilities include:

Email Marketing & Communication

• Draft and build email flows and campaigns (basic to medium-level graphic work required)
• Apply list segmentation strategies
• Research and implement marketing-related AI tools

Content Support

• Contribute to blog production (research, formatting, coordination)
• Generate AI prompts to support content workflows

Operations & Workflow

• Monitor tools, automations, and AI agents
• Help manage and improve automated processes
• Organize and track marketing initiatives and sales campaigns
• Participate in weekly live meetings (updates + brainstorms)
• Experience with Notion is a bonus

General Marketing Support

• Provide flexible, day-to-day support to the Director of Marketing
• Be responsive, communicative, and open to evolving responsibilities
