A leading financial institution is looking for a highly skilled professional to join its Real Estate Investment Division. This is a key role that blends strategic investment responsibilities with financial oversight across a large-scale, institutional real estate portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead investment strategy planning and execution
Manage and develop relationships with strategic partners
Oversee NAV tracking, portfolio performance, and financial consolidation
Coordinate with external administrators and support cash flow management
Prepare quarterly and annual reports and assist in audit processes
Take part in asset management and ongoing portfolio analysis

Qualifications:

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – preferably from a Big 5 firm
Experience or familiarity with the real estate investment sector – strong advantage
Strong financial and analytical skills, including modeling capabilities
High-level English – written and verbal
Strategic thinking, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills
