We’re looking for a hands-on AI Lead to join a startup and take ownership of the development of our AI-driven product. This technical leadership role is focused primarily on engineering (rather than research), with a strong emphasis on building and deploying real-world LLM-based systems.
What you’ll do:
- Lead the design and implementation of LLM-based features and infrastructure
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI into our core offering
- Take full ownership of AI engineering pipelines from experimentation to production
- Option to grow into a team leadership role as the company scales
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- 1+ year of hands-on experience working with large language models (LLMs)
- Strong engineering background, with a track record of building scalable systems
- Experience with modern AI/ML tools and frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.)
- Advantage: background in data science or applied ML
