AI software Engineer

Join the autonomous driving revolution by contributing to cutting-edge AI-based solutions for perception, planning, and prediction in next-generation automotive platforms. As part of a fast-paced, cross-functional team, you'll design and develop software that brings advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) and autonomous driving technologies to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with customers from the initial project phase to define and architect system-level solutions on AI chipsets.
• Drive the resolution of system-wide challenges across architecture, integration, implementation, performance, and safety domains.
• Develop and maintain continuous integration and testing strategies (CI/CD).
• Own the design and implementation of a neural network (NN) performance and accuracy regression framework.
• Work closely with internal AI and perception teams to ensure high-performance, reliable delivery.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of experience in software development (industry or academia).
• Strong programming skills in C/C++ and Python.
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch and object detection neural networks.
• Solid hands-on experience working with Linux-based systems.
• Familiarity with machine learning, computer vision, and embedded software development.
• Proven ability to work independently and learn quickly in complex environments.
• Excellent communication skills in both Hebrew and English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of neural network quantization and performance tuning.
• Experience with real-time Linux (RTOS).
• Familiarity with vision/NN acceleration SDKs and frameworks such as OpenCV, OpenCL, TensorFlow, or ONNX.
• Proficiency with standard development tools including toolchains, IDEs, and version control systems.
