We're hiring a Project Manager to lead residential construction projects, with a focus on execution, coordination, and quality.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all construction work on site
- Oversee quality control throughout all stages of execution
- Monitor and manage project timelines
- Coordinate with subcontractors and design professionals
- Maintain ongoing communication with authorities and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering – required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in residential project execution – required
- Experience with urban renewal projects in Tel Aviv – strong advantage
