About this role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Information Systems to lead and scale our global IS function. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development, implementation, and optimization of cross-departmental business systems and processes across the organization. You will lead and work closely with stakeholders in G&A, R&D, and GTM functions to deliver scalable, automated, and integrated solutions that support business goals.

This is a hands-on leadership role that requires a strong mix of operational expertise, technical, and strategic thinking. You will be expected to set vision and priorities, build a high-performing team, and ensure effective support, timely delivery, and continuous enhancement of the IS ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Own and lead the Information Systems roadmap and execution across the organization.
• Manage, mentor, and grow the IS team.
• Ensure reliable support, scalability, and performance of core business systems (CRM, ERP, HRIS, etc.).
• Identify process and system gaps, and lead cross-functional initiatives to address them.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to align IS priorities with organizational needs.
• Monitor and improve system performance, adoption, integration, and data quality.
• Oversee system governance and documentation.
• Drive automation and operational efficiency through business process optimization.
• Provide leadership in IS-related change management and training initiatives.
  
  

• 7+ years of hands-on experience managing business applications and systems (Salesforce, Netsuite, etc.)
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing IS teams.
• Strong background in system integration, automation, and data workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; excellent English, both verbal and written.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (advantage).
• Strategic mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
