VP Marketing

Description

We are looking for a highly driven and strategic VP Marketing to lead and scale our marketing efforts. This role requires a data-informed thinker with a creative edge, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive both performance and brand impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategy aligned with company goals
• Lead campaign ideation across digital and offline channels
• Drive data analytics and reporting to measure performance and optimize outcomes
• Oversee ongoing optimization of all marketing activities
• Design and manage customer retention strategies
• Deliver insights and recommendations through regular reports and dashboards
• Collaborate closely with the CMO to align efforts across departments
  
  

• Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably in HealthTech or related industry
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
• Creative approach to problem-solving and campaign development
• Hands-on experience with performance marketing, brand management, and retention
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
