About the Role:

Backed by a team of experienced industry professionals, we focus on creating scalable, user-centric products that adapt to a dynamic and highly regulated market. We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and service-oriented Office Admin who will also serve as a Personal Assistant to the CEO. This hybrid role is vital to the smooth daily operation of the company, ensuring office logistics, while providing high-level administrative support to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Administration
- Manage the front desk: welcome guests, vendors, and deliveries
- Oversee all office maintenance and operations, including coordination with cleaning services and external suppliers
- Monitor and restock office and kitchen supplies; maintain a pleasant and functional working environment
- Organize meeting rooms and support in preparing for internal and external meetings
- Schedule travel arrangements, accommodations, and transportation for employees and executives
- Plan and execute company events, happy hours etc.
- Maintain and update employee records and attendance reports
CEO Personal Assistant
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, coordinate meetings, calls, and travel arrangements
- Screen and prioritize communications on behalf of the CEO
- Handle personal and confidential tasks with the utmost discretion
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in a tech/startup environment
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive, “can-do” attitude
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive under pressure
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential matters
