Director of Product

Position Summary

We’re looking for a Director of Product to lead the strategy, development, and ongoing optimization of our Hybrid games portfolio. This is a leadership role that blends hands-on product thinking with strategic direction and team management.

You will own the product vision, oversee execution, and manage a cross-functional group of Product Managers, Artists, and Monetization Managers, guiding them through the entire game lifecycle — from concept to post-launch live operations.

We’re looking for someone with a deep understanding of mobile games, strong leadership experience, and the drive to build outstanding products that engage players and move the business forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and define the product strategy for a portfolio of hybrid casino casual games.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional team members across Product, Art, and Monetization.
• Ensure seamless coordination across departments to deliver high-impact features and improvements.
• Translate business and player needs into clear roadmaps, specs, and actionable plans.
• Use KPIs, player feedback, and market insights to guide prioritization and decision-making.
• Collaborate with development, BI, UA, and live ops to support both pre- and post-launch success.
• Balance creativity, data, and business goals to shape long-term product direction.
• Foster a high-performance culture built on ownership, collaboration, and innovation.
  
  

• 8+ years of experience in product management, with a strong track record of leading successful game features and products.
• 3+ years of experience managing teams — including direct reports across disciplines (Product, Art, Monetization, etc.).
• Proven experience in the gaming industry
• Strong analytical thinking and a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Deep understanding of game design, player motivations, game economies, and monetization strategies.
• Experience working in cross-functional, fast-paced environments.
• Passion for gaming and a genuine desire to build great player experiences.
