About Us

We are building the world’s first gameplay Foundation Model, designed to make mobile games self-optimizing. Our AI agent suite helps game studios increase engagement, retention, and monetization by dynamically adapting gameplay in real-time. We replace outdated A/B testing and static config trees with agents that adjust difficulty, timing, and content based on real user behavior.

Technically, we combine advanced ML on the edge with a robust cloud-based flow. Our SDK captures rich telemetry directly from the game client, processes it through on-device AI agents, and leverages cloud orchestration to drive continuous improvements — all in real time. The result: faster PMF, lower UA costs, and better monetization.

About the Role

We’re looking for a hungry, hands-on CTO to join us at an early stage and help shape the future of AI-driven gaming. This is a full-stack leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives on building from scratch.

What You’ll Do

• Lead product architecture and design for our core technology

• Build the first production versions of the SDK, AI agents, and infrastructure

• Be hands-on in development, especially in early stages

• Recruit, train, and manage a world-class tech team

• Make key technical and strategic decisions

• Bring experience across AI/ML frameworks and deployment platforms

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in AI/ML (deep learning, reinforcement learning, or edge ML)

• Track record of managing teams and delivering working products

• Fluent in multiple tech stacks – comfortable picking the right tool for the job

• Startup mindset: fast, lean, and focused on impact

• Passion for gaming and improving user experiences through tech

• Strong plus for candidates with experience in casual gaming, game design, or game economy optimization
