We're Hiring: Monitoring Engineer

Our Architecture and Monitoring Development Department is looking for a passionate and driven Junior Monitoring & Automation Engineer to join a highly skilled team. This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of the organization’s IT operations, focusing on monitoring, automation, and real-time systems support.

Responsibilities:

• Ongoing monitoring of IT systems and infrastructure: servers, networks, databases, and operating systems
• Real-time fault detection and resolution, including outside regular business hours
• Development and implementation of automation processes using Apache NiFi or CAWA (Broadcom)
• Maintenance and operation of leading monitoring platforms: Zabbix, Netcool, SCOM, Elastic, Grafana
• Close collaboration with infrastructure, communication, cybersecurity, and DevOps teams
• Participation in on-call duties and incident response, including nights and weekends

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in IT monitoring (Systems Monitoring) – mandatory
• Familiarity with at least one monitoring platform (Zabbix, Netcool, Elastic, SCOM, Grafana) – mandatory
• Experience with Apache NiFi – significant advantage
• Scripting experience (Python, PowerShell, or Perl) – mandatory
• Understanding of SNMP and SYSLOG protocols – mandatory
• Experience working with REST APIs and JSON/XML – mandatory
• Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure: networking, servers, Windows/Linux OS – mandatory
