Great Opportunity: Hands-On VP R&D / Software Engineer for a New Fintech Startup

Location: Tel Aviv / Raanana (hybrid/flexible)

Tech Stack: Python, React (preferred)

We're a newly funded fintech startup on a mission to solve a critical pain point in how businesses manage and collect payments. We've secured our first pre-seed investment and are ready to go to market.

We're looking for a hands-on, full-stack developer to join as our first hire and founding Software Engineer.

This is a unique opportunity to build the product, shape the company, and be part of something meaningful from the ground up.

• Leading all technical development and execution
• Fixing bugs, implementing features, and working directly with early customers
• Collaborating on product direction, roadmap, and long-term vision
• Owning customer integrations and ensuring product stability
• Setting up the technical foundation and engineering culture

• Strong full-stack experience — Python and React preferred
• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with early-stage chaos
• Passion for building practical, user-focused fintech tools
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership
• Bonus: background in B2B SaaS or experience in collections/payments

• You'll be employee #1 with meaningful equity
• You'll directly influence the product and company direction
• You'll join right after funding, with real customer demand
• You’ll work closely with a driven founder who’s already deeply embedded in the industry
