What you’ll do:

• Lead end-to-end hiring processes for a variety of tech roles , from software development to DevOps, cyber, architecture, and more.
• Partner with hiring managers to define roles, build pipelines, and ensure smooth hiring journeys.
• Source candidates creatively through various platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media channels, and more.
• Screen, interview, and guide candidates through the process while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
• Be part of a high-energy, collaborative, and supportive recruitment team.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of proven experience in tech recruitment – including sourcing, interviewing, and managing end-to-end hiring processes.
• Background in outsourcing companies or familiarity with working with government or defense-sector clients.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Tech-savvy, proactive, and self-driven.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
