We are seeking a highly motivated Finance Team Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a finance team in partnering with our corporate units, such as HR, Finance, Marketing, Legal and other Corporate divisions. The ideal candidate should have experience in finance coupled with strong leadership capabilities and excellent communication skills.

What will your job look like?

• You will manage a team of financial analysts, including responsibility for training and personal development
• You will review and analyze a unit's consolidated financial plan, including both actual and forecasted figures
• You will schedule monthly meetings with different stakeholders to provide updates on the financial plan for the purpose of performing financial analyses.
• You will provide the unit's finance management with current status, including forecast, risk assessment and recommendations.
• You will prepare monthly and quarterly financial presentations

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• 5+ years’ experience in financial analysis and planning roles
• Strong managerial skills
• Excellent financial analytical skills
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel and Power Point)
• Knowledge SAP and Tableau – advantage
