We are hiring a Tech Project Manager for a leading enterprise in Tel Aviv!

This role involves full project ownership, working cross-functionally with various internal teams (development, operations, sales, legal, customer service, and more), coordinating with senior stakeholders and external vendors, and ensuring project goals and deadlines are met.

Responsibilities:

• Lead projects through all stages- planning, execution, implementation, and post-launch support
• Translate business needs into processes, functional requirements, and technological solutions based on Agile methodology
• Manage overall project plan: timeline/sprints, budget, resources, scope, and risks
• Collaborate closely with development, architecture, cybersecurity, and business stakeholders
• Manage relationships with external vendors
• Provide regular updates in steering committees and coordinate with senior management

Requirements:

• Relevant academic degree- preference for Industrial Engineering or Computer Science graduates
• Minimum 3 years of experience in managing complex technological projects- must
• Proven ability to manage in a matrix environment and lead diverse teams
• Strong process leadership and execution skills
• Experience with project management methodologies- required; significant advantage for Agile
• Excellent interpersonal communication, assertiveness, and the ability to work with senior leadership
