• Bachelor’s degree in accounting ( +CPA)

• 10+ years of relevant experience, including proven experience as a Finance Director or other leading finance professional in a global high-growth tech company

• +3 years in managing a rather large global team

• Outstanding leadership skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Strong analytical, evaluative, methodical and problem-solving skills

• Passion for innovative solutions and process improvement. Seeks solutions in automation and AI.

• Experience working with NetSuite
  
  

What will you do?

• Leading the Global Finance teams across EU and ROW.

• Supervise the statutory reporting per local regulations (local tax returns, consumption taxes, sales tax, etc.)

• Managing global expansion from financial aspects, including discovery, implementation and compliance of local reporting regulations.

• Design and implement solutions, policies and tools to support internal and cross-organizational processes to build scalable and sustainable processes, create efficiencies, streamline operations and improve accuracy and timeliness of reporting.

• Develop and implement controls over the financial reporting process, including process design and management of ongoing execution enabling financial processes both internally and cross-organizational to mitigate operational risk, ensure regulatory compliance, and support audits.

• Work closely with Corporate Finance teams to ensure consistency, alignment, and integration across financial reporting.

• Serve as a focal point to all Global teams leadership to provide feedback regarding financial aspects of their activities.

• Implement best-in-class tools and platforms to support growth.

• Improve collaboration and data accuracy between finance and other departments.

• Establish business performance frameworks that bridge strategic initiatives into daily operations within the finance teams.
