IT Support Technician

We're hiring: IT Support Technician | Tel Aviv

We're looking for a hands-on, tech-savvy team player to join our growing startup!

If you enjoy solving technical issues, supporting users, and keeping systems running smoothly – this one’s for you.

✨ What you’ll do:

• Provide helpdesk support (macOS + Windows)
• Handle installations, upgrades & user accounts (AD / 365 / GCP IAM)
• Troubleshoot hardware, software & network issues
• Support office devices & track IT inventory
• Monitor infrastructure health & endpoint security

🧠 Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in IT support
• Solid knowledge of macOS & Windows environments
• Experience with Active Directory / Exchange / Office 365
• Basic networking skills (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi)
• Strong service orientation and communication skills
• Hebrew & English – working proficiency
