Paragon is a fast-growing cyber intelligence company, rapidly establishing itself as a key player in the industry. We're a young, innovative company with a cutting-edge product, based in Tel Aviv.
We are looking for an Organizational Development Director to join our team. In this position, you'll have the opportunity to lead and execute cross-company strategies and OD practices that promote the unique culture at Paragon. You will collaborate closely with leadership and HR to create, implement, and constantly improve processes, best practices, and methodologies that enable the organization to grow while enhancing employee engagement and productivity.
Main Deliverables
- A cross-company OD strategy that supports and drives business goals.
- Tailored programs and training for managerial and employee development, aligned with organizational needs.
- Scalable best practices across the HR organization that maintain Paragon’s personalized and tailored HR approach.
- Own and manage an annual OD work plan: conduct gap analysis, plan initiatives, develop content, manage vendors and budgets, and drive continuous improvement
- Conduct organizational assessments in collaboration with HR and business leaders to identify key strengths, development areas, and opportunities across business units
- Develop and implement strategic, company-wide change management plans to support key organizational transitions and initiatives
- Create measurement mechanisms and define metrics to assess the effectiveness of OD and HR programs
- Design and deliver leadership development programs to strengthen capabilities at all levels of management
- Lead the development and implementation of an inspiring, comprehensive talent development and company culture strategy
- Analyze organizational data and trends to inform strategies for growth, engagement, and career development
- Build and manage a learning framework and training budget to promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- 5+ years of experience in a dedicated Organizational Development role
- Proven strategic capabilities and experience in leading organizational development processes that are strongly connected to business goals
- Preferred: Experience building an OD function from the ground up
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Experience in designing and leading people development initiatives and workshops
- Independent, with a high sense of ownership and accountability
- Proactive mindset with a “can-do” attitude
