About The Role

We’re looking for an Analytics & BI Engineer to join our growing data team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of business insight and technical execution. You’ll play a key role in uncovering data-driven insights, developing impactful dashboards, contributing to our ETL/ELT processes, and working with Snowflake as our core data warehouse.

You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders across Product, Management, and Data Science to understand business needs and deliver scalable data solutions that drive decision-making.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in BI, Data Analysis, or a related analytical role
• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management or a related quantitative field
• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to perform advanced data querying and derive actionable insights
• Proficient in SQL and Python for data querying, transformation, and automation
• Hands-on experience working with Snowflake or similar cloud-based data warehouse platforms
• Experience using BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or Metabase
• Background in SAAS based company, product analytics or Data Enrichment Environment
• Familiarity with ETL/ELT pipelines and data modeling concepts, including hands-on experience with dbt
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  
  

• Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable business insights
• Translate complex business questions into clear analytical approaches and measurable metrics
• Design, build, and maintain BI tools, dashboards, and data models using platforms such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
• Write advanced SQL and Python to query, analyze, and transform large datasets
• Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs, track performance, and support strategic initiatives
• Work with Snowflake as our primary data warehouse for scalable data management
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of ETL/ELT pipelines, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and availability
