AI Senior Delivery Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Delivery Manager to lead complex technology projects for our clients across various industries. This role involves full ownership of project delivery, coordination between internal and external teams, vendor management, and ensuring successful execution aligned with business goals, timelines, and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale, cross-functional technology projects.
• Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for project delivery.
• Coordinate between internal consulting teams, external vendors, and client stakeholders.
• Oversee project planning, execution, quality assurance, risk management, and reporting.
• Ensure projects meet defined KPIs, SLAs, and business objectives.
• Apply appropriate project management methodologies (Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid) based on project needs.
• Support business development efforts, including proposal writing and client presentations.
  
  

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technology project delivery, with at least 3 years in a professional services environment (e.g., Big 4, system integrators, software houses).
• Proven experience managing vendors, subcontractors, and matrixed teams.
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology and business processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior executives.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English – verbal and written.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business); Master’s degree – an advantage.
• PMP / Agile certifications – strong advantage.
• Experience in delivering Data and AI-related projects – a significant advantage.
