We are looking for a Junior Financial Analyst to join our Financial Department!
If you are at the beginning of your professional career, with a passion for analytical work, attention to detail, and a desire to grow in the field – this is your opportunity!
What you'll be doing:
- Building annual budgets and supporting the budgeting and control processes
- Conducting economic analyses and generating regular reports
- Daily work with Excel, BI systems, and other financial tools
- Collaboration with cross-functional departments (Finance, Operations, Management)
- A Bachelor's degree in Economics / Accounting / Business Administration – required
- Up to two years of experience in a financial analyst role or relevant internship
- High proficiency in Excel – required (including complex functions and data analysis)
- Experience in budgeting and/or budget control – advantage
- Analytical thinking, high learning ability, attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
- Familiarity with budget vs. actual analysis – required
- Technological orientation and ability to work with financial systems
- Experience in a medium-to-large company
- Accounting knowledge – significant advantage
- Personal resilience, ability to work under pressure, and independence
- Proactive and fast learner
